By using mindfulness in my coaching, I “hold” the space so you can be truly present in the moment. What’s so special about that? We’re often stuck in the past, whether that past be 30 years ago or yesterday; it’s still the past. Or sometimes we have fears or worries about the future. We subconsciously allow our past experiences or future concerns to shape our current behaviors. This limits our true potential to be happy, successful, and enjoy right now. I’ll work with you to build resilience and courage, identify your desires and goals, and facilitate a process to restore balance and clarity for the next step.
