Since 1998 Emma has been a Mindfulness Coach who facilitates individuals and groups to look at their life in a different way, helping them to move forward in their lives through mindful living.
While studying for her Masters degree, Emma became interested in human potential. In 2007 Emma left the UK to move to California where she studied mindfulness and meditation at The Esalen Institute. Since then she has been cultivating a mindful way of living, exemplified in her parenting, teaching, and coaching. Most recently, she studied Jin Shin Jyutsu – the Japanese art of harmonizing the body.
Emma is available for one-on-one coaching sessions or facilitating groups. She is enthusiastic to bring 25 years of experience to all those she works with.
